🥑 KETO

Pair this with some stove top cooked onions and mushrooms, or low carb vegetables such as mushrooms, cauliflower rice, broccoli or asparagus. A low carb gravy or au jus sauce would also go great on the steak as a dipping sauce.

This is a perfect meal for the keto carnivore diet and does not require any modifications.

If you a strict carnivore, omit the seasonings but follow the same cooking process in the air fryer. If you allow for dairy in your diet, then add the parmesan cheese after the steak is cooked. We always recommend the ribeye cut for best results as it has the best fat to protein ratio.
