Carnivore Meatlovers Flatbread

Even if you aren’t on the carnivore diet or any low carb diet, you are guaranteed to love this meatlovers flatbread! This is a great treat to have if you are missing the taste of pizza on the keto or carnivore diet, and most importantly, doesn’t require you to break your diet or cheat at all.

In this recipe, I used mozzarella, pepperoni, ground beef, and ground pork. You can customize this flatbread by adding any of your favourite meats, including Italian sausage, bacon, ham, prosciutto, or whatever meat you can think of! Combine it with your favourite gooey cheese. This is one of the best low carb meat “pizzas” you will ever try!

This recipe is a variation of our low carb flatbread recipe which only requires 3 ingredients. The flatbread has a firm and springy texture that is soft, yet holds together very well and acts as a perfect pizza crust.

STEP 1: Combine greek yogurt, cheese, and eggs.

STEP 4: Broil flatbread until the cheese melts and the toppings are golden brown.

Yes you can use any low carb pizza sauce, but keep in mind that it will not be a carnivore friendly recipe if you do so.


This flatbread can be stored in the fridge with saran wrap or in an air-tight container for up to 3 days. Warm up in the microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, or in the oven at 350F for 10 minutes when you are ready to serve.

Carnivore Meat Lovers Flatbread

For the flatbread

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 whole eggs

Meat Lovers Toppings

  • 250 grams sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup ground beef
  • 1/4 cup ground pork
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon tallow


For the flatbread

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • In a large bowl, combine greek yogurt, mozzarella cheese, and beaten eggs until fully incorporated.
  • Lay a 9×13 baking tray down with parchment paper, and pour mixture onto the tray. Spread out with a spatula to a 1/4" thickness, in either a rectangular or oval shape.
  • Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes, or until a golden brown crust begins to show on the top.
  • Let cool for 5-10 minutes before adding any toppings.

Meat Lovers Toppings

  • Slice pepperoni (if needed) into 1/8" thick slices
  • On the stove top pan on high heat, add tallow. Add ground beef and pork to the pan once the tallow is melted.
  • Season ground beef and pork with salt. Cook for 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Assemble the flatbread by placing down a layer of mozzarella cheese, followed by the ground beef mixture, and pepperoni.
  • Optional – Place flatbread back into broiler for 3-4 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
