Fall Off The Bone Ribs (2 Ingredients)

March 20, 2023

This is our cooking method for creating guaranteed fall off the bone ribs, which requires only 2 ingredients and is made in the oven. This is a dry rib recipe, but can be paired with your favourite low sugar BBQ sauce. Because this is more of a cooking method, this is a strict carnivore friendly recipe that can be dressed up with any seasonings or condiments to achieve your desired texture and flavor.

The ribs come out sticky and tender. After the baking process, we like to put these into the broiler to get an ultra crispy crust with a beautiful brown color on top.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE FALL OFF THE BONE RIBS

✅ Only 2 ingredients needed

✅ A fool proof cooking method that will fall apart every time

✅ Can add any additional seasonings as you desire

✅ An economical meal for the keto or carnivore diet

INGREDIENTS & SUBSTITUTIONS

⭐️ PORK RIBS – This recipe is intended for pork back ribs, or baby back ribs. Pork side ribs will not produce the same fall off the bone texture that back ribs do. For beef, check out our oven baked beef recipe which produces the same fall off the bone result!

⭐️ SALT – We like to go for an unrefined mineral salt, such as Redmond’s Real Salt.

TIPS & TRICKS FOR SUCCESS

✅ When removing silver skin, use scissors or a small paring knife to puncture the skin, rather than using your fingers.

✅ Use a paper towel and your hands to pull the silver skin off, for maximum leverage.

✅ Adding a layer of parchment paper in-between the ribs and the aluminum foil helps prevent the ribs from sticking to the foil.

✅ Ensure that the ribs are sealed tightly and that no air can escape from the aluminum foil pouch. This ensures that the ribs cook in their own heat which is what contributes to the fall-off-the-bone texture
