WHY GROUND CHICKEN?


Ground chicken provides a great neutral flavour that complements the pork rinds well.
If you are a high-fat, low carb diet you may think that ground chicken is too lean, however it is the leanness of the chicken that provides a perfectly balanced texture, that is not too dense or heavy, and most closely resembles a real pizza crust.

INGREDIENTS & SUBSTITUTIONS


⭐️ GROUND CHICKEN – You can substitute this for ground beef or pork.

⭐️ SEASONINGS – For additional flavour, add 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of onion powder, and 1 tsp of Italian seasoning

HOW TO MAKE GROUND CHICKEN PIZZA CRUST

STEP 1: BLEND


Blend pork rinds in a food processor until completely fine.

STEP 2: MIX INGREDIENTS


Mix eggs, pork rinds, and ground chicken until evenly incorporated

STEP 3: FORM CRUST

HOW DO I STORE THE LEFTOVERS?

For best results, we recommend that the crust is used immediately for making a pizza. Once you have added your desired sauce/toppings, the pizza can be stored in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.

CAN I ADD ANY ALMOND FLOUR OR COCONUT FLOUR?

Ingredients
  

  • 5 whole eggs
  • 2 cups pork rinds, ground finely
  • 1 lb ground chicken

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Grind pork rinds in a food processor into fine.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground up pork rinds, ground chicken, 5 eggs. Once the mixture is fully combined, lay down the mixture onto a 9×13 baking sheet and press out into a 0.5" inch thick crust.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Let it cool for 10-15 minutes before adding desired toppings.
