Ingredients
  

  • 600 grams ground beef
  • 250 grams bacon
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 whole garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp worcestershire
  • 1 tbsp sugar free ketchup
  • 2 tsp yellow mustard
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 2 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Chop bacon into small pieces. Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
  • On the stovetop on medium heat, add bacon and cook for 5-7 minutes until the fat is rendered out of the bacon and it starts to brown. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon into a separate bowl.
  • Add the onion and garlic to the bacon grease and cook for 2-3 minutes or until aroma is released and starts to become translucent.
  • Add ground beef, combine well with the onion and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes until the ground beef is cooked.
  • Add salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, sugar free ketchup, yellow mustard, and cream cheese.
  • Add ground beef mixture to a 9" round baking dish or small casserole dish.
  • Whisk eggs and milk together and pour on top of ground beef mixture.
  • Top mixture with cheddar cheese. You may also stir the cheese inside the mixture directly.
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Let rest for 10-15 minutes (if time permits) before carving.
