TIPS & TRICKS FOR SUCCESS

TIP #1: When slicing the onion, mushrooms, and bell peppers, try to cut them into the same width so that they cook evenly

TIP #2: To obtain a very thin slice on the steak, put the steak in the freezer for 15 minutes prior to slicing

TIP #3: Slice steak against the grain to ensure the beef is not chewy. We want to cut through the fibers and shorten them, rather than cut in the same direction that they run.

TIP #4: Select the fattiest cut of beef available to you (we recommend striploin or ribeye) for maximum flavour

TIP #5: When putting the skillet into the broiler, watch carefully so that the cheese does not burn
